Product Review: Docrafts Papermania Capsule Elements Pigment

Docrafts created a strikingly beautiful collection with bursts of deep and bright colours.

The Docrafts Papermania – Capsule Elements Pigment A4 Ultimate Die-cut and Paper Pack that I purchased was loaded with 22 papers, 11 designs, boxes, memory pockets, mini envelopes, alphabet sticker sheets, mini journal cards, die cut label holders, borders, tags, bows and bunting flags.

While the grammage of the paper is low, the paper is still sturdy enough to use as card toppers. Layering these papers will make for a sturdier card topper.

The water colour effect allows for fun colourful cards while the alphabet stickers and little die cut sentiments allow for easy finishing, especially if you are not into stamping.

Personalised cards made simple with coordinating alphabet stickers

If you are looking to add extra fun elements to your cards, the Ranger Distress inks and oxides blend very easily over these papers.

Using Ranger’s stencil and oxide inks on plain white cardstock, you can add the alphabet stickers to create your own sentiments.

The elements found in this pack has been die cut with the necessary score lines for you , so all you need to do, is remove it carefully from the page, and fold accordingly. Remember to use your bone folder when folding, to get crisp folds. Since all elements coordinate so beautifully, you can mix and match several sentiments onto your cards, tags, boxes and/or envelopes.

I had lots of fun creating with this pack and I cannot wait to create more cards with it! Here are two more cards that I made with it. The cards are clean and simple and took me under 5 minutes to put together. I’ve used the Wink of Stella Glitter over the alphabets for some shine.

I purchased this pack from the local CNA store in my area and it retailed for R199 at my store. A fellow crafter in another City said that she paid cheaper at her local CNA. If these colours and style attract you, I hope you get a pack and enjoy creating as much as I did.

Thank you for reading. Until next time, learn new things and if you can be anything, choose to be a kind human being.

Yours in paper crafting,
